Dayvoro Analytics is a private tool used by the Dayvoro operator to analyze dayvoro.com. It is not a public account-registration service. This policy covers the analytics tool; the website privacy policy at https://dayvoro.com/privacy-policy/ separately covers website visitors.
Data accessed and purpose
With the operator’s Google OAuth authorization, the tool uses the Search Console API with the webmasters.readonly scope. It checks property access and reads available clicks, impressions, click-through rates, average positions, dates, search queries, page URLs, sitemap information and URL inspection results. Analysis is configured for Dayvoro, although the Google permission can cover other Search Console properties accessible to the authorizing account.
These data are used to understand search visibility, compare content and identify improvements. WordPress aggregate statistics and public post metadata may be analyzed alongside Google data. Contact-form messages are outside this analysis scope. The tool does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or Google account passwords. This read-only Google integration does not authorize website edits, sitemap submissions or indexing requests.
AI-assisted processing and sharing
Selected API results and report content are processed through OpenAI’s Codex service for AI-assisted analysis. Processing therefore is not exclusively local. Provider-side handling is subject to the operator’s OpenAI account settings and applicable terms and privacy policies. The operator does not sell or rent Google data or use them for advertising targeting. OAuth credentials and tokens are not intentionally included in reports or submitted to the AI model as analysis inputs.
Storage and retention
Credentials, tokens, API snapshots and reports are stored on the operator’s computer. The integration’s credential files are access-restricted and excluded from version-control tracking. Selected analysis data and conversations may also be retained by the AI service under its applicable terms and account settings. Raw Search Console snapshots and credentials are not published on the website.
No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured for local reports and snapshots. They are retained for performance comparisons and can be deleted manually. Tokens are retained while the integration is in use. Provider-side retention and backups depend on the provider’s practices.
Control and deletion
The operator may revoke authorization at https://myaccount.google.com/connections and delete local credentials and saved data. Revocation stops future authorized API access but does not automatically delete existing reports or service conversations; these require separate deletion using local files and service controls.
